receipt and processing of requests for all equipment, request tracking and inventory control.
Workstation Configuration:
assembly and setup of all purchased equipment, including image download and application installation.
Installations:
assure that all hardware, network connections and requested applications are operational and acceptable to the end user.
Parts and Spares:
procure, manage and restock inventory of all replacement parts, return all replaced parts where required under warranty or exchange policy.
Moves, Adds and Changes:
changing physical locations of a hardware, system setup, adding capacity, upgrades, parameter modifications, etc.
Asset Management:
development of operating procedures to support change control and asset disposal through trade-in or disposal program for retiring assets.
